1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iqtestfoundation.org Products provided by Infinite Apps Limited (“Infinite Apps Limited”, “IQ Test Foundation™“, “Company”), you (“You”, “Your”, “User”) agree to be bound by the following payment terms. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Product Details

You are authorized to access and use the Products exclusively for your personal, non-commercial purposes and solely for entertainment. This authorization constitutes a license, not a transfer of title. The license will automatically terminate if you breach any of the restrictions outlined in this Agreement. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate this license at any time in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement. By using the Products, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Payments and Pricing

The IQ Test is offered at prices displayed on our website at the time of your purchase. Please refer to Section 5 (5. One-Time Purchase Details), Section 6 (6. Premium Access Details) and Section 7 (7. Billing Terms) for details regarding our Products.

4. Availability Notice

Products, features, prices, and availability vary over time and by region and plans.

5. One-Time Purchase Details

Some of our paid Products are one-time purchases. You choose the purchase options yourself after checkout or from our channels including Website, Mobile App, Emails or Chats. There will be no recurring charges on these purchases, which will be clearly stated before you purchase.

6. Membership Plan Details

The IQ Test Foundation Assessment Results package is exceptionally offered at the price of $21.90 and includes a 7 days trial period (Free Access) to IQF™ Pro products: IQF™ Practice Tests and IQF™ Guide to Increase Your IQ. You can cancel your trial free of charge, with no further commitment, at any time. If you do not cancel 24 hours before the end of the 7 days trial period, you agree to be charged $29.99 for 1 شهر Membership Plan to continue accessing IQF™ Pro products.

If you are on a Membership Plan, you will be responsible for the recurring charges and fees stated at your time of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next membership term begins, your Membership Plan will be automatically renewed for an additional period at the end of each 1 شهر period for the $29.99.

By submitting your payment details to make a purchase of any Membership Plan, you (i) confirm your acceptance of the offer to purchase our Products; (ii) express your consent for the automatic renewal of the Products; (iii) acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Use, Payment Terms and Privacy Policy.

6.1 Auto Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted access to our Products, our Membership Plans will renew automatically. You have the option to cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid renewal charges.

Membership Plan pricing is displayed on our website at the time of your first purchase and subjected to change. If there is a change in the price, you may be charged the updated price valid at the time of automatic renewal of your Membership Plan. We will notify you in advance of any changes in pricing that might apply to you.

Membership Plan duration displayed on our website at the time of your first purchase are subject to change. If there is a change in Membership plan duration, your Membership Plan duration may be updated at the time of automatic renewal of your Membership Plan. We will notify you in advance of any changes in Membership Plan duration that might apply to you.

Until you cancel, we will charge or debit your payment method at the start of each Membership Plan period. By not cancelling the Membership Plan or continuing to use paid features of our Products, you reaffirm that we are authorized to charge you.

6.2 Cancellation of Membership Plans

You can cancel your Membership Plan at any time here. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. Please note that we reserve the right to charge any applicable fees, surcharges, or costs incurred prior to the effective date of your cancellation. If you terminate a paid Membership Plan, the Membership Plan will remain active until the conclusion of the current Membership period.

We reserve the right to modify the terms related to fees, cancellations, and refunds. Any such changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice through the Website, Mobile App, Emails or other appropriate channels we may choose. These updates will take effect for all memberships initiated or renewed after the date the changes are implemented.

Our Product prices include applicable taxes. However, the final price may vary based on local tax rates applicable at your place of residence and any subsequent changes to those rates at the time of purchase.

7. Billing Terms

You will be provided with instant access to our Products after purchase of your Membership Plan. If you have signed up to our Products on a trial basis (“Trial”), at the end of the Trial period and without you requesting for any cancellation, you agree to a 1 شهر Membership plan at a total cost of $29.99. Your Membership will automatically renew for another 1 شهر unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next term begins. You agree to the Membership Plan fee above until you cancel your Membership Plan.

8. Agreement Changes

Infinite Apps Limited reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of IQ Test Foundation Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is subject to periodic updates. Any modifications will be communicated by posting a revised version on this webpage. Users are encouraged to review this Agreement regularly to remain informed of any changes, as all modifications will automatically apply to you as a User. Changes to this Agreement will take effect immediately upon being posted. By continuing to use the Products after such changes are posted, you confirm your acceptance of the modifications and your agreement to adhere to the updated terms.
